Job summary

Giants Ridge is seeking a Lead Lift Operator to supervise lift operations, train new staff, and ensure guest safety on the slopes in Minnesota. You will coordinate breaks and provide directions while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

The role is full-time for the winter season, typically averaging 40 hours per week, with day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on operational needs. Outdoor work in all weather conditions is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of lift operations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lift Operators and complete assigned tasks from management.
• Train and direct lifts operators in opening, on-shift and closing policies.
• Instruct and assist with maintenance of lift loading areas and mazes.
• Monitor guests using lifts, check tickets, and enforce safety rules.
• Provide breaks, directions, and ensure safe operations.
