Job summary

Brighton Ski Resort is hiring Full-Time Guest Services Desk staff for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, parking guidance, and ticket information while delivering exceptional service.

Join a small, motivated team in a mountain environment, with weekend/evening/holiday shifts required. Prior guest service experience is a plus; training will be provided to ensure a memorable visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for guest service.
• Strong communication; ability to explain clearly and stay professional.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Able to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends, evenings, holidays; minimum 3 shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming face for guests from around the world.
• Develop knowledge of ticket and season pass products, rates, discounts, promotions, and events.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Communicate clearly with guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Salesforce and Five9 skills are preferred but not required.
• Relay information to other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Assist guests with resort parking information online and on-site.
