Job summary

Wintergreen Resort in Virginia seeks a friendly Snow Sports Desk Administrator to assist with planning, staffing and reservations for group, private and children’s ski and snowboard lessons. You will greet guests, handle calls and emails, and process deposits at the sales station.

This seasonal, full-time or part-time role requires excellent oral communication, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly manner and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Handle emails, voicemails, phone calls and in-person reservations for lessons.
• Process cash handling and deposits at the sales station.
• Field in-person and phone reservation calls following proper protocol.
• Follow all rules from the Wintergreen Employee Handbook and departments.
• Assist with daily registrations and maintain smooth reservations operations.
• Follow safety policies and notify managers of any safety concerns.
