Job summary

Brighton Ski Resort, part of Boyne Resorts, is hiring Full-Time Guest Services Desk staff for the 2026/2027 winter season. You’ll be the first contact for guests, providing information on tickets, events, and services in a dynamic, world-wide visitor hub at the Brighton Center.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for guest service.
• Strong communication skills to listen, explain clearly and stay professional.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to weekend/evening/holiday shifts.
• Willingness to learn Brighton Resort’s products and operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and be the friendly face from around the world.
• Develop knowledge of ticket and season pass products, rates, discounts, events.
• Work with teammates to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain a clean workspace and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Communicate clearly with guests in person, by phone and email.
• Assist with parking information and on-site directions.
• Relay important information to other departments for a seamless experience.
• Handle difficult conversations with professionalism and seek help when needed.
• Support operations during 2 pm–9:30 pm shifts.
