Brighton Resort is seeking Building Maintenance team members to keep its property, buildings, and grounds clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff. The role includes janitorial duties and occasional snow removal to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, trash disposal, surface cleaning, ice-melt application, and seasonal upkeep, with opportunities to work indoors or outdoors in winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins; move waste to designated disposal areas.
• Clean all surfaces, including windows, doors, counters, floors, and walls, ensuring a high standard of appearance.
• Apply ice-melt to walkways, stairs, and other high-traffic areas.
• Assist with seasonal property upkeep and special cleaning projects.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or repairs needed to the Facilities Manager.
• Operate alone or with small groups to accomplish tasks and duties.
• Follow safety protocols and resort policies while working both indoors and outdoors.
• Other duties as assigned.
