Job summary

Brighton Resort is looking for a Parking Ambassador who serves as the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure a smooth arrival experience at the resort while upholding safety and providing excellent customer service.

This role requires working outdoors in changing alpine conditions, with responsibilities including directing traffic, greeting guests, and maintaining safety in parking areas. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays during the busy ski season is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in extreme alpine winter conditions.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive demeanor in high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Direct arriving and departing vehicles safely through the main lot.
• Warmly greet guests and provide directions regarding mountain conditions.
• Ensure transit lanes remain clear and assist guests with directions.
