Job summary

Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC is seeking an undergraduate intern for the Winter Internship Program. This paid internship runs January 16 to March 15, 2027, full-time (40 hours per week) in Headquarters, designed for students from member countries to gain on-the-job experience and learn about development work and corporate management.

You will review reports, support operational teams with the Technical Cooperation Monitoring System, conduct data collection and analysis, and

Qualifications

Active undergraduate student in Economics, Public Policy, or Business Administration from an accredited University.
Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.
Learn continuously, collaborate and share knowledge, focus on clients, communicate and influence, innovate and try new things.

Responsibilities

Review reports of operations in the Technical Cooperation Monitoring System (TCM), ensuring data quality.
Provide support to operational teams in the use of the TCM.
Conduct data collection and analysis.
Review project information for completeness and accuracy.
Assist Fund Coordinators in the preparation of Annual and Semi-Annual Reports for donors.
