Job summary

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group is seeking a motivated Winter Intern to support partnership outreach, market intelligence, and content development. Based in Washington, DC, you will gain hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, CRM, and data-driven knowledge management while contributing to internal communications and partner engagement efforts.

You will work within the Global Partnerships Office to support content creation for briefings, social media, and multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

Active graduate student in a relevant field (Public Affairs, Public Administration, Journalism, Business Admin, etc.).
Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language (Spanish/French/Portuguese) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft and edit content.
Experience with social media, content editing, and client-focused delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support writing and editing of internal communications, briefings, and partner highlights.
Assist with content for presentations, webpages, and publications.
Develop social media content and track engagement metrics.
Prepare materials for events, meetings, and senior management briefings.
Support data quality, partner profiles, and CRM data updates in Salesforce.
