Qualifications

• Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language (Spanish/French/Portuguese) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel; experience with PowerPoint/Canva; familiarity with SharePoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Update guidance materials into clear, visual step-by-step guides for Bank personnel.
• Streamline and optimize internal trackers, including Excel-based tracker for contracts/mission info.
• Organize and standardize division's internal shared files and folders for easy navigation.
• Support Front Office with scheduling, correspondence, document prep, and mailbox upkeep.
• Help translate technical information into accessible content for Bank personnel.
