Job summary

Astound is recruiting for a Winter Direct Sales cohort to support the GFiber-Astound expansion with a December market launch. You’ll engage residents in a residential setting, conducting in-person sales to grow the customer base.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000+ and potential to exceed six figures for high performers. Training begins late Nov/early Dec and includes territory support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Motivated self-starter with comfortable autonomous field work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor, face-to-face sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction.
• Distribute marketing material and drive brand awareness in assigned territories.
• Review property contracts and understand service levels and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
