Job summary

Astound is seeking candidates for a residential direct sales cohort in Texas, supporting GFiber-Astound expansion. You will engage residents door-to-door, discuss service needs, and sign-up orders with a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Training begins in December with a flexible start date, and there is potential to exceed six figures based on performance. The role requires outdoor, face-to-face interaction, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Sales-quota driven and able to work outdoors in field-based environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and possibly a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property groups.
• Aggressively pursue daily leads and build Astound brand awareness in the territory.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, restrictions, and obligations; explain solutions to customers.
• Attend sales meetings and report results to management in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about competitors and market activity to optimize performance.
