Job summary

Astound is hiring for a residential direct sales role supporting the GFiber-Astound expansion across multiple U.S. markets. You will meet residents in person, explain service options, and close sign-ups.

The position offers a base salary of $32,000–$40,000 with uncapped commissions and a total on-target earnings potential of $90,000+ for top performers. Training starts in December with start date flexibility.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door residential sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, relationship building and time management are essential.
• Motivated, self-starter, comfortable working autonomously in the field.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads and build pipeline daily.
• Understand property contracts and service requirements; explain solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and promote Astound brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance to management.
