Job summary

Astound is seeking candidates for a direct sales cohort supporting GFiber-Astound expansion. The role involves door-to-door residential sales, face-to-face interactions with residents and property management, and building Astound brand awareness.

Training starts soon with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a potential to earn over six figures. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 depending on market location, with additional commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face residential sales experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through in-person visits.
• Distribute marketing materials and promote campaigns.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Report daily sales statistics and maintain territory notes.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and pursue leads.
