Job summary

Astound is seeking motivated Direct Sales reps to join our winter pre-register cohort supporting GFiber-Astound expansion in multiple markets, including Boston, MA. You will engage residents with face-to-face outreach, build relationships, and close sign-ups for high-speed internet services.

Eligible candidates enjoy a base salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and training to accelerate ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Outdoor sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with autonomous work style.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions and door-to-door outreach.
• Explain services, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Meet and report sales targets daily and maintain accurate records.
