Boy s & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows seeks an Area Programming Coordinator to oversee daily programming at Winnemucca locations. You will ensure program quality, manage memberships, supervise staff, and build strong ties with parents and school partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years' work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar org.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and administer comprehensive programs within 5 core areas for youth.
• Provide guidance to site coordinators in managing their designated areas.
• Manage membership processes and maintain relationships with parents/members.
• Develop strategic initiatives aligned to program objectives with Ops Director guidance.
• Track financial resources, including grant reporting and departmental budget.
