Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. You will lead a small team to define requirements, develop architectures, and ensure integration across test, control, and flight systems.

The role requires MBSE expertise, model-based tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw), and collaboration with the Air Force and stakeholders to deliver mission-critical capabilities. A Top Secret/Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a Bachelor in Science, 6+ with a Master, or 4+ with a PhD.
• Must be a US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 2+ years of MBSE/ SysML experience.
• 2+ years in requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• Experience with DoD/ military aero systems and large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a systems engineering team to develop artifacts for Sentinel Weapon System.
• Define/allocate requirements and perform functional decomposition.
• Develop architecture content using Cameo Enterprise Architect.
• Coordinate with Air Force customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure integration across test, systems, launch, and flight systems.
