Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer for the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. This role leads systems engineering activities across requirements, architecture and MBSE in a fast-paced defense environment.

The position requires an active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and strong experience with Cameo, MBSE, and integrating across test, launch and flight systems. A 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance within last 6 years
• 2+ years requirements management/analysis/allocations
• 2+ years MBSE practices and tools (Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDraw)
• Experience with C2/NC3 or related defense systems

Responsibilities

• Lead a Wing Test Capability team for Sentinel Weapon System
• Develop systems engineering artifacts across communications networks
• Ensure requirements traceability and model-based architecture
• Collaborate with Air Force stakeholders to define top-level requirements
• Develop and mature large program architecture content
• Create and refine MBSE models using Cameo Enterprise Architecture
• Support system requirements development and management
