Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Principal System Test Engineer to support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in Roy, UT. The role focuses on testing strategy, requirements development, and test execution across multiple teams.

You will lead test activities, collaborate with engineers and customers, and ensure deliveries meet program objectives while maintaining security clearances and compliance. Relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required with 8+ years of relevant experience; additional 4 years may substitute degree.
• US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (SAP certification preferred).
• 1+ year experience leading a project or driving performance against schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of test requirements, detailed integration test plans, test procedures, TRRs, data and reports.
• Execute qualification and acceptance testing per requirements and procedures.
• Participate in internal and customer test planning working groups.
• Design, develop and implement testing methods and equipment; compile data and define changes.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, testing houses, and development engineers during testing.
• Witness testing and participate in technical exchange meetings with customers.
