Idol Ridge Winery in Lodi, NY, is seeking a motivated Winery Team Lead to supervise tasting room operations, mentor staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced winery environment.

The role covers customer service, store procedures, inventory, payroll, shipping, and coordination of reservations; must have strong communication, leadership, and math skills; hours include days, nights, weekends, and events at other locations; Hourly wage plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must have a business-related degree or two years’ experience
• Proven leadership and strong communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Retail and POS experience
• Strong math and reporting abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead daily tasting room operations and guest service
• Supervise staff and uphold service policies
• Maintain tasting room cleanliness and safety
• Oversee inventory, payroll, opening/closing, and cash controls
