Treasury Wine Estates is seeking an Events Specialist to bring unforgettable winery experiences to life and drive guest engagement. You’ll coordinate a variety of events and partner with teams across the business to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires hospitality-driven professionalism, ability to balance multiple priorities, and strong communication. Some roles may involve evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, wine, tourism, or a related field.
• Confident communication with guests, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute public, private, wine club, corporate, and seasonal events.
• Manage events from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Partner with hospitality, culinary, marketing, and operations teams.
• Host site visits and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Create event materials, signage, menus, and communications.
• Ensure seamless event execution and resolve issues in real time.
