Treasury Wine Estates is seeking an Events Specialist to bring unforgettable winery experiences to life and drive guest engagement. You’ll coordinate a variety of events and partner with teams across the business to deliver exceptional experiences.

About the Role

The Events Specialist brings unforgettable winery experiences to life while helping drive guest engagement, event success, and brand growth. You'll coordinate and execute a variety of events, partnering with teams across the business to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute public, private, wine club, corporate, and seasonal events


• Manage events from planning through execution and follow-up


• Partner with hospitality, culinary, marketing, and operations teams


• Host site visits and help convert inquiries into bookings


• Create event materials, signage, menus, and communications


• Ensure seamless event execution while resolving issues in real time


• Support guest experiences and winery operations as needed

• You have experience in events, hospitality, wine, tourism, or a related field

• You're a creative problem-solver who remains calm under pressure


• You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, event platforms, and design tools

Pay Transparency Disclosure

Base pay: Hourly rate ranges from $25.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, role scope, location, and business needs.

Incentive pay: Eligible to participate in the Direct-to-Consumer Sales Incentive Plan (DSIP), offering variable compensation based on site performance. Incentive pay is not guaranteed.

Estimated on-target earnings: $27.50 to $28.60 per hour, based on base pay plus target DSIP at target performance (where applicable). Actual earnings vary based on site performance, hours worked, and role classification.

Tips: Tips are paid by customers and vary by location, shift, and customer volume. Tips are not guaranteed. Based on historical experience in some locations/shifts, tips have at times added approximately 21% above base pay for some employees.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, candidate experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and applicable employment laws.
