Qualifications

• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper's Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Welcome guests warmly and explain Wine Club perks.
