Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handlers card.
• Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Flexible schedule to work weekend/special events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, deliver friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Deliver small bites to guests’ tables.
• Remove glassware and dishes when guests are finished.
• Maintain clean and orderly service stations.
• Wash and polish glassware and flatware throughout shift.
• Keep floors free of debris during service.
• Receive and store supplies.
• Assist in routine cleaning of bar/patio areas for guest presentation.
• Book guest experiences via phone, TOCK or email, gathering billing and contact info.
• Assist with receiving and restocking of wine and merchandise.
