Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey brand story and guest education.
• Describe wine club benefits and memberships.
• Assist with daily duties: restocking, cleaning, opening/closing.
• Process routine purchases at the cash register.
• Book guest experiences via phone or email.
• Assist with hospitality events as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of winery and portfolio.
• Prepare cheese plates and food accompaniments.
• Assist customers with carrying purchases to vehicles.
• Receive and restock wine/merchandise.
