Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits in Healdsburg, CA, is seeking an energetic Hospitality Center Support to assist guests at the Chalk Hill tasting room. The role focuses on warm welcome, seating guests, delivering bites, and maintaining clean service areas.

You will support tasting room staff, handle reservations via TOCK or email, and contribute to special events. A high school diploma and friendly customer-service attitude are required, with weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handlers card.
• Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Flexible schedule to work weekends and special events.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensure welcome and courteous service at all times.
• Deliver small bites to guests’ tables.
• Remove glassware and dishes when guests are finished.
• Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Wash dishes, glassware and flatware and polish glassware throughout shift.
• Keep floors free and clear of debris during service.
• Receive and store supplies.
• Assist in routine cleaning of the bar/patio area based on scheduled service.
• Assists with hospitality special events as needed.
• Acquires and maintains thorough knowledge of winery and its wines.
• Book guest and member experiences via phone, TOCK or email for all tasting room experiences, gathering necessary billing and contact information.
• Assists with receiving and restocking of wine and/or merchandise as needed.
