Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Beginner wine knowledge with supervised training.
• Ability to lift 42 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• POS experience preferred.
• Strong hospitality and customer-service standards.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey brand story to guests with clear communication.
• Describe wine club benefits and convert to memberships.
• Handle daily duties including restocking, cleaning, opening and closing.
• Process routine purchases at the POS and daily sales accounting.
• Book tasting experiences by phone or email with billing and contact info.
• Assist with hospitality events and wine/food accompaniments.
• Maintain knowledge of winery and wine portfolio.
• Assist customers with carry-out of purchases.
