Foley Family Wines & Spirits in Healdsburg seeks an energetic Hospitality Center Support to join our tasting room team. You will greet guests, deliver bites, remove glassware, and keep service stations clean, helping to create an exceptional guest experience.

This role offers a great entry into the wine industry within a family-owned group. The schedule for this position is Friday - Sunday, with opportunities to assist during events and tastings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Food Handlers card required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring friendly, responsive service.
• Deliver small bites to guests’ tables.
• Remove glassware and dishes when guests are finished.
• Maintain clean and orderly service stations.
• Wash dishes, glassware and flatware; polish glassware.
• Keep floors free of debris during service.
• Receive and store supplies; restock wine and merchandise as needed.
• Assist with hospitality events and special occasions as needed.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of winery and its wines.
• Book guest experiences via phone, TOCK or email with billing info.
