Job summary

Columbia Distributing Company is seeking Large Format Sales Representatives to grow beverage sales across assigned markets. You will plan territory coverage, merchandise products, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, achieving company objectives, and providing timely reporting. Local travel is required, with full-time hours and outdoor work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales basics (CSP) within hire; CSP training within 1 year.
• Minimum 2 years sales in beverage industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and expenses per policy.
• Interact with departments, suppliers and customers.
• Support merchandising and product rotation.
• Complete required training to improve performance.
• Sell Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual objectives.
• Submit reports and expense/mileage logs on time.
• Develop programs for customer base and increase net distribution.
