Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks enthusiastic Sales Associates to support sales, merchandising, and distribution goals. You will assist in executing business objectives and initiatives while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires effective communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks with deadlines. Travel within the day to customer accounts is expected, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rotate and merchandise Columbia Distributing portfolio.
• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives.
• Interact with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
• Maintain industry knowledge on beer, non-alcoholic beverages and trends.
• Submit reporting, preplans, trackers and surveys by due dates.
• Manage inventory costs per company policy.
• Understand MVP Standards and monitor competitive activity.
