Job summary

Johnson Brothers in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our beverage distribution business across assigned territories. You will manage territory objectives, sell current and new products, run promotions, in-store tastings, and service accounts.

The role requires a BA/BS or related experience, strong communication, reliability, a valid driver’s license, and local candidates. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to advance in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 4 year BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).
