Job summary

RNDC is seeking a talented Sales Support Representative to join our growing Sales team. You will collaborate with the Sales Lead/Inside Sales to ensure orders are delivered, merchandised, and priced correctly, while assisting with customer needs and replenishment orders.

You will build strong client relationships, support with displays and signage, and help cover a geographic territory as needed. This role may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must have a current, valid state driver’s license and be able to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
• Product knowledge in wine and spirits.
• Experience stocking shelves and creating product displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with stocking shelves and creating displays.
• Solidify strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide help (will calls, POS delivery, etc.).
• Place prices and descriptive signs on products.
• Check account on-hand inventory and submit replenishment orders.
• Prepare and maintain displays.
• Sort, label, and store goods.
• Maintain merchandising reports.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and present promotions.
• Report competitive activity to supervisor.
• Cover open sales territory as needed; may work nights, weekends, holidays.
