Blueprint Brands is currently seeking a Wine & Spirits Sales Representative to sell, promote, and grow our expanding portfolio in the fast-paced, competitive NYC market. We sell world-class craft spirits, ciders, wines, and bitters.

This position will cover the territories of Manhattan.

Total compensation including bonuses: $55,000 - $60,700 per year.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain effective account relationships and promote the good will of the company
• Represent our brands in a dynamic market
• Grow brand presence within existing accounts
• Properly merchandise accounts with POS materials
• Manage Accounts Receivable collections according to state law
• Develop new accounts and expand distribution points
• Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, and product information promptly
• Execute monthly and quarterly business priorities
• Build relationships with account personnel and supplier teams to enhance customer service
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional placements
• Collaborate with the beer team on leads, beverage programs, and tasting appointments
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be 21 or older to comply with regulations
• Passion for spirits, strong customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Background in spirits sales, especially in mixology, is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Comfort with technology
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle ownership required
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
• English literacy; bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
