Blueprint Brands is currently seeking an Off-Premise Sales Representative to sell, promote, and grow our expanding portfolio in NYC, a fast-paced and competitive market. We specialize in craft spirits, ciders, wines, and bitters.

  • This position covers the Brooklyn territory.

Total compensation including bonuses: $55,000 - $60,700 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective account relationships and promote the company's goodwill.
  • Represent our brands in a dynamic market.
  • Increase brand presence within existing accounts.
  • Merchandise accounts with POS materials.
  • Manage accounts receivable collections according to state law.
  • Develop new accounts and expand distribution points.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, and products promptly.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly business priorities.
  • Build relationships with account personnel and supplier teams to improve customer service.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional placements.
  • Collaborate with the beer team for leads, beverage programs, tastings, and product info.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Passion for spirits, customer service, and relationship building.
  • Background in spirits sales and mixology preferred.
  • Industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt throughout the day.
  • Must obtain and maintain a solicitors license.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
  • Vehicle ownership is required.
