Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member to welcome customers, advise on products, and help drive sales in a dynamic retail setting. You will work closely with store management to ensure a great shopping experience and help with stock, merchandising, and curbside services as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in retail, and comfort with POS and inventory software. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock shelves, build displays and signs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers about products.
• Assist with in-store pickup, curbside pickup and deliveries when required.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned by management.
