Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member in our Minnesota stores. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and support sales while handling stocking, signage, and curbside orders. The role includes learning wine, beer and spirits, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Part-time and full-time roles are available; a flexible schedule is required. Compensation ranges with experience, and Total Wine offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and manage stock, displays, and signage.
• Provide exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Load and deliver orders safely if needed.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery operations.
