Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota seeks store Team Members to deliver exceptional service, engage customers, and drive sales while stocking, merchandising, and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery. You’ll train in wine, spirits and beer products to expand knowledge and customer value.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, building relationships, and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment while adhering to all alcohol sale regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging customers and advising on products.
• Load, stock and merchandise; build displays and end caps; assist with curbside pick-up and delivery orders.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads and loyalty programs; ensure safety and cleanliness; follow laws on alcohol sales.
