Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Minnesota to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and support inventory, curbside pickup, and delivery operations as needed.

Training in wine, spirits, and beer will build product knowledge while promotions and loyalty programs are kept current. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in retail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize inventory, process freight, stock and build displays.
• Greet customers, inform about products, deliver personalized service.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and safety.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if required.
• Seasonal role may be short-term if coded as such.
