Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring for a Front End Team Member in Minnesota. As a cashier, you will handle transactions, verify IDs, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs while delivering fast, friendly service. You may also serve as a sales associate or stock/merchandising helper as needed.

We value a customer-first mindset, with 1–3 years in retail and familiarity with POS and inventory software. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in product training to improve knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• Stay informed about promotions, loyalty programs, and advertisements.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed and support team.
