Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our Minnetonka location. You will greet customers, advise on wines, beers, and spirits, process transactions, and help with stocking and curbside pickup when required.

Roles may include merchandising, front-end duties, and assisting with promotions. A high school diploma is preferred, with 1–3 years retail experience and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, answer product questions and drive sales.
• Process transactions and handle cash accuracy.
