Total Wine & More in Minnesota seeks friendly Service Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, engage shoppers, and drive sales by advising on products. You may also assist with merchandising, stocking, curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• 1–3 years of work experience, retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging customers and advising on products.
• Merchandising, front-end and other duties as needed; assist with stocking and displays.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services; assist with orders and inventory.
• Load and deliver orders safely and in accordance with policies; maintain store safety.
