Job summary

Total Wine & More in Fresno, CA is seeking a Supervisor to joins our store team. You will support store operations, lead service and merchandising efforts, and help build a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class experiences for customers checking out our wide range of beverages.

You will mentor and supervise team members, assist training, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience with 1+ year in a supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and being a team player.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example and resolve customer issues to maintain service quality.
• Supervise team members and train/ develop to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and maintain safe store environment.
