Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is hiring a Sales Consultant in Des Moines to visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and drive revenue growth. You will build a pipeline, analyze data, and develop growth plans for each account with CRM‑tracked visits. The role focuses on relationship-building, product knowledge, and closing opportunities.

You must be able to travel, have a valid driver's license, and operate with a customer‑centric mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and conduct consultative sales conversations
• Increase sales revenue and build a pipeline of selling opportunities
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account
• Analyze data to grow customer business and meet objectives
• Pre‑plan account visits with CRM documentation
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively
• Propose selling solutions to customers and close sales
• Document account information in CRM and participate in meetings and trainings
