Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking enthusiastic Store Team Members in Nashville to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Engage with customers, advise on products, and support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as needed.

Roles may include merchandising, front-end duties, and other responsibilities. Training in wine, spirits, and beer will build product knowledge while you uphold safety and regulatory standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.
