Job summary

Total Wine & More in Nashville is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to support inventory, in-store displays, and online order fulfillment. You will help maximize product availability, assist with curbside pickup, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service.

You may perform sales and front-end duties as needed, while adhering to alcohol sale laws, maintaining safety, and participating in product training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations, including fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized service experience by informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to safety and legal requirements related to the sale of alcohol and keep a safe store environment.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies.
