Job summary

Total Wine & More in Brentwood, TN is seeking team members for merchandising, customer service, and flexible scheduling to support in-store and curbside pickup, deliveries if needed, and online operations. You will greet customers, stock displays, rotate inventory, and uphold safety and training standards while learning wine and beverage categories.

Prior retail experience helps, as does familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage customers to build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
