Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston seeks Service Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and support curbside pickup and delivery when needed. Training in wine, spirits, and beer is provided to build product knowledge.

Responsibilities include stocking, displaying products, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by recommending products.
• Engage with customers, greet them, and build relationships.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and store displays as needed.
• Support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Attend product training for wine, spirits, and beer to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
