Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member in Houston, TX to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selection, and manage stock. The role involves stocking, merchandising, and participating in alcohol training to build product knowledge.

You will greet shoppers, explain promotions, and support curbside/ delivery services where needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of retail experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Greet customers and inform them about products to drive sales.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol laws and regulations.
• Load and deliver orders if required and perform other duties as assigned.
