Job summary

Total Wine & More in Wichita is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, guide purchases, and support store operations. This role includes assisting customers, stocking shelves, and helping with curbside pickup and delivery where needed.

The position is Seasonal with a pay range of $15.90–$22.26 per hour. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in retail are preferred, and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and displays; manage curbside pickup and delivery when required.
• Learn and follow store policies; support safety and cleanliness standards.
