Job summary

Total Wine & More in Lincoln, NE is hiring Service Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by helping shoppers find products and sharing recommendations.

You will handle stocking, merchandising, curbside pickup, and store operations while following all laws on alcohol sales; training on wine, spirits, and beer will be provided.

This role supports a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends; prior retail experience and POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
• Maximize product inventory and support curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge for wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
