Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an enthusiastic Service Team Member to join our Lincoln, NE store. You will greet customers, advise on products, and help drive sales while maintaining friendly, compliant store operations.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, assisting with curbside pickup and deliveries where needed, and participating in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge. Previous retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services as assigned; cross-functional duties as needed.
